Equipment Manager

Traditions G&CC is a privately owned 18-hole facility with a private membership located in Jefferson, GA.  We will have about 36,000 rounds of golf played this year with 13 outings on Mondays.  We have a variety of equipment brands.  The responsibilites of the equipment manager will be the following bullet points:

*Good communicator with interpersonal skills with a professional attitude 

*Be able to work with the management team and a part time mechanic

*Desire to continually learn and improve, dues will be paid for GGCSA

*Perform routine preventative maintenance of equipment and keep records

*Able to operate a Foley reel and bedknife grinder, minimal backlapping of reels

*Able to keep reels sharp and adjusted properly for a well detailed mowing pattern

*Desire to go check equipment each morning for proper operation

*Ability to diagnose and repair equipment

*Keep the shop organized and clean

*Able to work Monday thru Friday and on Member/Guest weekend

*Able to maintain a budget, gather receipts, and present to superintendent
