Position Overview

• Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Care: Repair and maintain gasoline and diesel-powered golf maintenance equipment and tools.
• Reel Sharpening: Sharpen and grind mowers, blades, and reels for precision turf cutting.
• Inspections: Keep all equipment fueled, oiled, inspected, and properly modified.
• Schedules: Manage and log the course's preventative maintenance schedules.
• Team Support: Assist in training golf course maintenance employees on safe, proper equipment operation.

Qualifications

• License: Valid Driver's License is required.
• Technical Skills: Background repairing diesel/gasoline engines or agricultural turf machinery.
• Attributes: Self-motivated team player focused on safety, efficiency, and keeping a clean shop environment.
