Horseshoe Bend Country Club is a private, single owner club located in Roswell, GA. We are seeking a 2nd Assistant to join our staff.

Tennis Center with 13 tennis courts, 6 of which are clay courts along with 3 pickelball courts

Monday closures
Equipment is owned, not leased. Mainly John Deere mowers with a few Toro items. Utility carts are Yamaha
Most all equipment has been replaced within the last 3 years, with old machines as backups
Irrigation pump station is a Rain Bird unit. Controllers and operating system is Hunter.
Full time staff of 15-20 depending on the season and 3-4 seasonal positions along with an Equipment Manager and Assistant Superintendent.
Currently in the middle of a large scale tree removal project. Discussions are being held about a small renovation to the golf course following the tree removals, no dedicated plans at the moment.
We complete alot of small project work in house and have a very large inventory of equipment that helps us achieve that.
What is Expected of You
Willingness to listen/learn.
Applications of fertilizers and chemicals by use of spreaders and sprayers.
Strong attention to detail.
Project management.
Understanding of basic golf set up and course playability standards.
Must be willing to work every other weekend. Alternate with the 1st Assistant.
Category 24 pesticide license, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
