Golf Course Mechanic/Shop Manager

Cypress Golf Course Services is searching for a mechanic for our South Eastern Atlanta location. This is a key position in the success and daily operation of the facility. The mechanic will report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of all golf course maintenance equipment. Applicants must have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity. This position will include but not limited to working on reel mowers, rotary motors, small engines and diesel engines. The selected individual will work with the site management team for the ongoing success of the facility and may be required to work in the field as required.

Functions Include:

The Inspection, service, and repair of golf course equipment

Maintains a preventive maintenance program within budget on all equipment, purchases repair parts and maintenance shop supplies.

Spot checks equipment for performance on the course
